By enrolling in PetMarket+™, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") governing The Pet Market’s recurring delivery program. Your participation is also subject to our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By placing an order through PetMarket+™, you accept all conditions, limitations, and requirements outlined below.
Program Benefits
- Convenient Recurring Deliveries: Automatic shipments of your favorite products on a schedule you choose.
- Flexible Management: Change delivery frequency, shipping address, payment method, or products at any time.
- Exclusive Savings: Eligible items marked “PetMarket+™” offer extra discounts on top of standard pricing.
- Priority Restocking: Subscribers may receive priority access during limited inventory periods.
Commitment Requirement
A minimum of two (2) completed orders is required before cancellation. You may adjust frequency or skip deliveries, but full cancellation is only available after two fulfilled orders.
Order Processing & Notifications
- Your first order is processed and charged immediately when you enroll.
- Future orders are automatically created based on your selected schedule.
- You’ll receive a pre-shipment email up to 72 hours before each scheduled shipment, listing:
- Items and pricing
- Applicable discounts
- Change/cancellation deadline
- Edit or cancel any order before 12:00 AM the day before your scheduled shipment.
Billing and Payment
- By joining PetMarket+™, you authorize charges to your payment method at the time of shipment.
- No authorization holds will be placed before charging.
- If payment fails, we may use a backup method or ask you to update your info.
Pricing and Discounts
- You’ll be charged the lower of:
- The price in your pre-shipment email, or
- The site price at the time your order is processed
- Discounts, shipping, and taxes apply at checkout.
- Any available store credit will be used before charging your card.
Cancellation
You may cancel your PetMarket+™ subscription after your second completed order by visiting the “PetMarket+™ Manager” in your account or contacting our customer care team.
Terms Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of PetMarket+™ constitutes acceptance of any changes. If you do not agree, cancel your subscription after fulfilling the two-order minimum.
Additional Terms
- We may terminate your subscription at any time. You will only be charged for shipped items.
- PetMarket+™ is currently available for delivery within New York City.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and depend on product availability.
- All returns follow our standard Return & Refund Policy.
