RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
The following items are ALL FINAL SALES - NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR:

• Pet Carriers, Crates, Gates, Pet Beds, Scratching Posts, Litter Pans, Litter Scoops, Pet Cleaning Solutions (ie. Nature's Miracle, Etc.), Flea & Tick products, E-Collars, Dog Boots, Pet Apparel.
• All Discounted Items are Final Sale.
• Exchanges & Returns (STORE CREDIT ONLY FOR RETURNS) will be accepted for UNOPENED merchandise in original packaging (in re-sellable condition) for up to 14 days from date of purchase. Your return or exchange MUST be accompanied with a receipt of your purchase.

Returns or Exchanges for Delivered Goods:

• We will happily accept your return or exchange. You must bring the products you would like to return or exchange to one of the Pet Market locations within 14 days of receipt of your delivered products. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR RECEIPT. Our delivery drivers will no longer pick up items for return or exchange.
